THE APOSTLE'S GOSPEL

The Eternal Kingdom

The Eternal Reign of Christ

Hope makes us not ashame. Hope makes us bold; for The eternal God is our refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before us; and He shall say, Destroy them. Whereas we had been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through us, now God has made us an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations. We who have forsaken everything to follow Jesus shall receive in the world to come eternal life. For it is written that whosoever believesChrist is risen from the dead, shall not perish, but have eternal life. All the scriptures testify of Christ. that whosoever eat his flesh, and drinks his blood, hath eternal life; and Christ shall raise him up at the last day. Christ gives eternal life; and they that believe shall never perish. They that love their life shall lose it; and he that hates his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. For in his resurrection Christ has received power over all flesh God that he should give eternal life to as many as receive him. To believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal God is eternal life and, nothing shall be able to pluck you out of his hand. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment and, works for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. While the things we see are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

Therefore we must Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto we are also called to confess and professed a good profession before many witnesses. Laying up in store for ourselves a good foundation against the time to come, that we may lay hold on eternal life. Therefore we endure all things for the elect's sakes, that we may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. That hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began. God has delivered on his promised having made us heirs of the hope of eternal life. God has delivered on his promise of the eternal inheritance. This is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. This is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. We believe on the name of the Son of God and, by this know that we have eternal life, because we believe on the name of the Son of God. For the Son of God is come, and has given to us to understand, that He is truth and this truth is the understanding the Son Jesus Christ, is the true God, and eternal life.

Christ ministers unto us a trimphant entrance into His everlasting kingdom. For God's covenantt with Abraham was an everlasting covenant. God established an eternal covenant with Abraham and his seed. When God could sware by no greater, he swore by himself, that by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation who have fled for refuge for our soul. That why Abraham planted a grove in Beersheba, and called the LORD, the everlasting God. God said, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make of thee a multitude of people; and will give this land to thy seed after thee for an everlasting possession. God confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to the Church for an everlasting covenant. David cried, (Psa 24:7) Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. David cried (Psa 90:2) Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. David cried (Psa 93:2) Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting. David cried, (Psa 145:13) Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.

Isaiah cried, (Isa 9:6) For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah cried, (Isa 51:11) The redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away. Daniel cried, (Dan 7:14) And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
