Apostolic Preaching

Apostolic preaching is boldly and with power publishing from the highest mountain, the glad tidings of the resurrection of Jesus of Nazereth; with a voice not afraid and, lifted up with strength, declaring: Christ our God is risen. This Gospel is the only religious and doctrinal truth, given by God for the salvation of mankind; it is the only the doctrine for the true liberation of the soul from sin; made effective through the resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth. O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God! In OT Hebrew the word 'preaching' means: "a joyous delivery". It means: to herald the gospel. It means to cry with joy the content of a victorious event. Preaching is shouting: "Victory"! The term derives from the reporting of the victorious events of the battle field. In ancient days, a herald could seen in the distance, running with great speed, to delivery the message, that: "The: Victory is won"! "Peace has been secured". "Our enemy is defeated". "Our divine right of physical and spiritual prosperity is affirmed". This affirmation brings great joy and shouting in the city. In Hebrew there are two words that falling into the category of preaching ( O.T. prophetic proclamation and teaching the torah) each has the word “joy” in its stem; and refers to bringing or announcing a message of Joy. The other terms means “to proclaim or call” or “to read aloud” as in the public reading of the Torah. In the Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible, these two terms are renders as ‘evangelizo’ to announce with joy. If the term is broken down, the stem ‘angello’ comes from angel and means messenger. Thus, 'preaching' means, in ancient Hebrew ‘to announce with joy. It is also rendered as ‘proclaim’, ‘to declare’, ‘to command’. There are also other terms which by their context refer to preaching: ‘to cry out’; to speak’; ‘to make known’; ‘to speak boldly’; ‘to exhort’; to bear witness, to testify’(2 Sam 4:10; Ps. 40:9; Isa. 40:9; 61:10(Isa 40:9)

In the Greek language of which the NT is written; the word "preach", means: to be a herald, to officiate as a herald; to proclaim after the manner of a herald with formality, gravity and an authority which must be listened to and obeyed; it means to publish, proclaim openly, something which has been done. What has been done is, the: death, resurrection and exaltation of Christ, and the meaning it has for the promise made to Abraham and David. To combine all these nuisances together, we get the meaning: to preach is to proclaim publicly, Christ's victory, in an apostolic context. The apostles were the only authorized representatives of Christ. All others are identified by Christ, as the workers of iniquity. They preach and use the name of Christ to amass wealth to themselves and to kill souls with their fornication. Many will say to Christ, that day: " Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will Christ, profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity. Christ shall say: "depart from me you workers of iniquity, I do not know you: Go to the place where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. Many shall say: "but Lord, I had a large TV program, and preached to millions; I laid my hands on many, and they fell out; I pastored a large congregation. But, Christ, will say: "You failed to preach and teach the doctrine, which I commanded the apostles. You taught the vision of your own mind. You cast my word behind you. "You built your church, on your own private doctrine". "Get out of my sight, you worker of wickedness". Christ will say: "Angels! Grab them! Bind them hand and feet! Cast them into the fiery furnace! "; but the righteous: those that are obedient to the apostolic doctrine, Christ says: "Enter into the kingdom, I have prepared for you, from the foundation of the earth". (Mat 7:22-23; Luke 13:27).
